Operations Layer keeps the website data footprint narrow. This notice explains what is collected when you visit the site, submit the inquiry form, or email directly.

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to Operations Layer Partners LLC and the website at operations-layer.net. It covers information collected through this website, the inquiry form, and email messages sent to Operations Layer.

It does not cover websites, tools, or services operated by other companies, even if they are linked from this site.

Information collected

Operations Layer may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Company name, if you choose to provide it.
  • The workflow pressure, business problem, or other context you submit through the inquiry form.
  • Records of email or other correspondence with Operations Layer.

When you submit the inquiry form, the site may also collect basic technical and security information, including the source URL, approximate country from Cloudflare request data, browser user agent, and spam-protection verification status.

Information not to submit

Please do not submit passwords, credentials, customer lists, protected health information, financial account numbers, CUI, regulated government data, or other sensitive/confidential materials through the website form. If a project requires sensitive materials, the handling method should be agreed separately before those materials are shared.

How information is used

Operations Layer uses collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and decide whether there is a practical fit for a conversation.
  • Prepare follow-up, scope an Operating Map or similar engagement, and maintain business records.
  • Protect the website and form from spam, fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Improve the clarity, reliability, and usefulness of the website and services.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations.

Operations Layer does not sell personal information and does not share inquiry information for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Operations Layer uses service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. These may include:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and Turnstile form protection.
  • Workflow automation and internal recordkeeping tools used to route inquiries and manage follow-up.
  • Email and infrastructure providers used to receive, send, and retain business correspondence.

These providers process information to support Operations Layer's business operations. Operations Layer may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, safety, or security.

Cookies and tracking

The current Operations Layer website does not use analytics, behavioral advertising pixels, or mailing-list tracking scripts.

The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the inquiry form. Turnstile may run browser and device checks to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare provides more detail about Turnstile's privacy practices in its own documentation and privacy materials.

Retention

Operations Layer keeps inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain reasonable business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the site and services.

Your choices

You may contact Operations Layer to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping reasons.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. Operations Layer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
